Shipping times and costs
We do our best to process and ship orders promptly, although this may take a little longer during holidays. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing it the next business day.
Once your order is processed internally by our team, shipping times, costs, and the spending threshold for free shipping vary depending on the destination country as follows:

Returns
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of your order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your communication regarding your right of withdrawal within 30 days of delivery using the online procedure in your Personal Area on our website and wait for confirmation from our team.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT numbers are excluded.
Masters will pay for return shipping if the product is defective or incorrect. For all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail or courier in their original packaging, must not have been used or damaged, and must be in resalable condition. No exchanges or refunds will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged, or opened.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on masters.it.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. For simple exchanges, we only replace defective or damaged items.

How to make a return
If the product is damaged or incorrect
Starting a return is easy: simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the "Request a return" button. Specify the reason and the items you wish to return in the appropriate section. Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and/or arrange a free collection.
If you ship the item back at your own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred and guarantee a refund for the order.
For all other types of returns
Starting a return is easy: simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the "Request a return" button. Specify the reason for the return and the items you wish to return in the appropriate section. Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly to authorize the return and assist you in choosing the best return method. Shipping and any other costs will be borne by the buyer.
Once the return has been authorized by our team, you can ship the goods using your preferred courier. Returns should be sent to Masters Srl, located at Via Capitelvecchio, 29, 36061, Bassano del Grappa (VI), Italy.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
The Masters team will verify the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the return policy requirements. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on masters.it. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase as quickly as possible.
Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.
The refund will be free of charge and will only include the cost of the products you are returning.
