The www.masters.it site (hereafter the “Site”) is managed by MASTERS SRL (hereafter “Masters”) with headquarters in Bassano del Grappa (Vi), Via Capitelvecchio, 29 – 36061. These Terms of Use are applied to any user who uses the services on the Site.
- Use of the Services
1.1. The user, after his authentication by personal data, will be able to use the services on the Site, such as purely by way of example but not limited to the insertion of a comment, (hereinafter “Services”).
The inclusion of personal data on the Site implies acceptance by the user of these Terms of Use of the Services.
The use of the Services is permitted to the user for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
1.2. Users who authenticate themselves on the Site grant Masters:
– the right to publish and use, without any limitation and free of charge, the comments communicated or made available by the user through the Site;
– the right to reproduce, modify, adapt or develop the comment without any limitation and without therefore any payment due to the user;
1.3. Without prejudice to the provisions of the privacy policy, users’ comments and texts will be treated by Masters as non-confidential and may therefore be subject to eventual publication, disclosure or use by Masters in any way.
1.4. Masters does not enter into any commitment with the user with regards to the publication of comments and / or texts on the Site. Masters is also not in any way bound to take into consideration or develop the comments and texts of the users which may be discarded at its sole discretion judgment and without any motivation.
- Responsibilities and guarantees
2.1. The user guarantees that any comment and text proposed by the same is in its legitimate availability, does not conflict with mandatory rules and does not violate any copyright, trademark, distinctive sign, patent or other third party rights.
It is however explicitly forbidden to use the Services to contravene directly or indirectly the current laws of the Italian state or any other state.
The user will remain solely responsible towards any claims made by third parties regarding the comment and / or text proposed and for the violation of any industrial property right, intellectual property as well as for the violation of any other in force applicable provision and in any case of any infringement of third party rights.
2.2. Masters will not be in any way responsible for any damage or prejudice that users may suffer from accessing, interconnecting, downloading material and computer programs from the Site.
Therefore Masters will not be held for any reason to respond to any damage, loss, prejudice of any kind that users may suffer due to contact with the Site, or following the use of what is published in the same, as well as of the software used.
- Copyright
The contents (texts, images, sounds, films, graphics, brands, logos, audiovisuals, etc.) of this site are of the exclusive property of MASTERS Srl and are protected by current legislation on the protection of copyright , law n. 633/1941 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, “LdA”). Reproduction, communication to the public, making available to the public, rental and loan, public execution, even partial, and dissemination without the authorization of the rights holder is prohibited. The penalties provided for by art. 171, 171-bis, 171-ter, 174-bis and 174-ter of the aforementioned LdA.
