Clinic&Run: the event you were waiting for

Two days dedicated to runners to focus on the choice of the best poles suited to your technique.

The experience and advice of three great trail and ultra-trail running champions will be the protagonists of the event Masters “Clinic&Run”. The company, that for over forty years is specialized in the creation of quality poles for every sport that requires their use, organizes two days – Saturday 23rd and, only for accredited, Sunday 24th November – dedicated to running fans.

Thanks to the participation of the athletes Yulia Baykova, Sébastien Camus and Luca Guerini, who will share anecdotes and techniques of preparation for the competition, runners taking part in the initiative will understand how much an accessory such as the pole can be useful in situations of prolonged use and in extreme conditions. In this way, they will collect valuable information to make the choice about the best pole suited to the needs.

“One of the most frequently asked questions that sports shopkeepers are being asked is: “Which pole do you recommend?” – emphasizes Laura Zaltron, Marketing Manager at Masters – “Here, the focus of the Clinic is just that. There are no tables or specific measures: everyone must feel their own model, based on the way to run, to approach a rise and to face a descent, if you need to be able to adjust the size of the pole in the height difference or instead prefer to have a pole to fixed size. Shortly, to each his own!”

After the first day, which will take place inside the company, the appointment will continue on Sunday (for accredited only) with a training session. The participants, divided into three groups, each led by one of the three champions involved by Masters, will be able to discuss directly on the field to receive advice during the practice of the activity.

“It will be a great time to share our reality and this so fascinating sports’ world, which combines the race with the discovery of new hills and mountains and breath-taking views” concludes Laura Zaltron.

More information are available on the page dedicated to the event; the participation is free until all the seats are available. For organizational reasons, registration is required.
